  • Local storage/session storage used to provide basic product functionality

3D Files & Generated Outputs

When you upload a 3D file, we process it to generate optimized outputs and preview assets (including a thumbnail image). Files and outputs are stored in cloud object storage in order to deliver them back to you and to support the Service.

  • You retain your rights to your 3D files.
  • Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, or personal data in 3D assets.
  • We may delete temporary ingestion artifacts after processing completes.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service (including file processing, storage, and delivery)
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Improve performance and user experience
  • Respond to support requests

Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud storage and infrastructure providers.

  • Cloudflare R2 (object storage for uploads and generated files)
  • Upstash Redis (metadata, session-related records, and internal counters)

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and operational requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • You may request deletion of specific content you uploaded, subject to technical limitations.
