These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TurboGLB (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. TurboGLB is operated by an independent developer.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your Content

You may upload 3D files and related assets ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content. You grant TurboGLB a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including generating optimized outputs and preview thumbnails).

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed to upload and process your Content.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing Content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or access non-public areas.
  • Do not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or abusive material.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated requests).

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Availability, features, and limits may change over time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, comply with law, or address abuse.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by TurboGLB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboGLB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboGLB from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
